This store is opened by an owner.I don't know what this sentence means. Maybe -- some owner opens the store doors.....? Open in the sense of "open for business?" It's passive voice, which here sounds odd and confuses the situation. What are you trying to say?

My computer is stopped. This isn't grammatically correct. My computer stopped working. My computer has stopped working. It's very unnatural to say this in the passive voice.
