The lapel pins and stickers are sunflowers that include President Lovellโ€™s name and the number 24 โ€“ recognizing his legacy leading the university as its 24th president.Those attending the Mass of Christian Burial for President Lovell are encouraged to wear their lapel pin during the service.

    In celebration of the life of Marquette University President Michael R. Lovell, funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 20. A public visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Church of the Gesu, located at 1145 W. Given limited capacity at Church of the Gesu, the funeral Mass will also be simulcast at the Al McGuire Center, located at 770 N. 12th St. The Eucharist will be made available to those in attendance at the Al McGuire Center.
