How to make egg bites with step-by-step instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.

Spray a skillet with nonstick spray, and then, over medium heat, add your chosen vegetables and cook until they are softened, approximately 4 – 8 minutes.

Remove from the heat and drain off any excess fluid.

Spray your mini muffin tin with a generous amount of nonstick spray.

In a small bowl, mix together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper to taste.

Pour the egg mixture on top of the vegetable and veggie meat mix, just enough so that there is a little room at the top as they will puff up.
